1. Definitions
• Divulgatium: a digital platform focused on respect, knowledge, critical thinking, and freedom of expression, that rewards both creators and viewers for their contributions.
• Pioneer Members: users registered during the initial phase, who acquire a pre-membership and have exclusive access to benefits such as early acquisition of the internal cryptocurrency DOKS and participation in the project's economy.
• DOKS: Divulgatium Official Coin, is the internal cryptocurrency of the platform, initially valued at $10 USD per unit. DOKS is a token distributed free of charge to Pioneer Members as part of the pre-membership, with the goal that, in a later phase, once activated and capitalized, these tokens can be exchanged for real shares of the platform.
• Wallets: digital wallets used for managing cryptocurrencies, associated with recognized platforms such as Binance, Okx, or similar.
• Electronic Cards: payment methods enabled for receiving economic rewards in fiat currency, provided by Divulgatium or its partners.

2. Registration as a Pioneer Member
• To become a Pioneer Member, the user must complete the pre-registration form available through the “I’m In” button on the official Divulgatium website.
• By registering, the user agrees to: - Provide truthful and up-to-date information. - Read and accept these Terms and Conditions.

3. Requirements for Using the Platform
• Pioneer Members commit to: - Open and maintain an active account in a cryptocurrency wallet recommended by Divulgatium (e.g., Binance, Okx, or similar). - Open and maintain an active account in electronic cards selected by the platform such as Wise, Revolut, or similar, for receiving rewards in fiat currency, if applicable.
• The costs associated with opening these accounts will be free of charge. • Failure to comply with this requirement may result in the inability to claim the economic benefits generated by the use of the platform.

4. Exclusive Benefits for Pioneer Members
• Pioneer Members will be able to: - Acquire the DOKS cryptocurrency during the initial phase as part of their pre-membership, at no cost, with an internal value of $10 USD per unit. - Exchange DOKS for real shares of the platform once Divulgatium is active and capitalized. The value of these shares will be determined at the time when the platform is operating and has reached its official value. - Access economic benefits and rewards derived from their active participation on the platform. - Enjoy additional privileges that will be communicated in due course.
• The availability of these benefits is subject to Divulgatium's policies and may vary depending on the progress of the project.

5. Use of Wallets and Electronic Cards
• Pioneer Members agree that: - The platform may designate specific cryptocurrency wallets as a requirement for managing DOKS and other related transactions. - To receive rewards in fiat currency, the use of electronic cards provided by Divulgatium's exclusive partners will be required.
• Divulgatium will not be responsible for issues arising from the management of these accounts on external platforms.

6. Limitation of Liability
• Pioneer Members acknowledge that: - The value of DOKS once released on the open market may fluctuate depending on market conditions. Divulgatium does not guarantee specific economic benefits arising from the acquisition or use of the cryptocurrency.
• Divulgatium will not be liable for: - Technical failures on external platforms such as wallets or electronic cards. - Economic losses resulting from user errors.

7. Modifications to the Terms and Conditions
• Divulgatium reserves the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time.
• Modifications will be communicated to users through official communication channels.

8. Acceptance
• By registering as a Pioneer Member, the user declares that they have read, understood, and accepted the Terms and Conditions in their entirety.
